Dr. Eric Braverman, a leading figure in the practice of brain-body health care, reveals the dramatic impact that proper brain nourishment can have on the quality of our lives. His key to longevity and well-being is balancing the brain's four important neurotransmitters. A simple test determines which of the four is dominant in you, and what you can do to maintain the right balance, by modifying your diet with both foods and natural supplements. Proven effective for thousands of patients in Dr. Braverman's practice, this groundbreaking approach will help anyone make the most of his or her life, free of the major illnesses (such as cancer and heart disease) and minor ailments as well.

The Edge Effect
I thought it was a great book! It made so much sense. I found myself and my symptoms being described in the book. I had tried several different doctors and couldn't find anyone that could help me (especially since I do not like to take drugs of any sort). I was told about this book by someone much older than myself who was exhibiting some of the same symptoms and he had GREAT success with it.
I am currently starting the vitamin and diet regimen as we speak. I look forward to the positive result I know will follow in the future. I do wish, however, that were some kind of contact information so that you could ask follow-up questions or have a list of physicians that were privy to this new knowledge and this type of holistic type healing.
Interesting read
This book was recommended by a friend. I found it to be very interesting.
Very Favorable
I found this book interesting, enlightening, and entertaining. The tests used to identify the strengths and deficiencies of a person's brain chemistry were right on target. Doctor Eric Braverman has done his research on what makes the brain tick and has laid it out in an easy to read and understand fashion.
